Job Requirements

- two or more years of janitorial experience
- ability to work day shifts, nights, weekends, and extra hours as required
- capacity to take direction and work well under minimal supervision

Job Duties
- perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed
- manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and interior areas
- complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- remove garbage and recycle daily and prepare bins for weekly pickup
- handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
- ensure all chemicals are labeled and properly stored
- maintain good verbal and written communication with management
- ensure all restrooms and break areas are properly maintained and stocked with necessary paper products and chemicals
- obtain complete and accurate job requests from management and clients
- follow and communicate all safety rules and regulations
- represent Sizemore, Inc. in a professional role
- maintain documentation of chemicals, supplies, and equipment usage to ensure safe use
