The Housekeeping Attendant role at Grand Living is integral to maintaining this elevated resident experience. The part-time position involves working three days per week from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Housekeeping Attendant ensures that all community areas remain neat, orderly, and welcoming, reinforcing the impression of a high-end senior living environment. Operating under the general guidance of the Director of Environmental Services, the Housekeeping Attendant adheres to established Community standards, processes, and philosophies. Responsibilities include housekeeping services and upkeep of both common areas and individual resident apartments. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to consistently deliver service with The Sterling Touch®, demonstrating kindness and professionalism in every engagement. The Housekeeping Attendant must be comfortable communicating effectively in English, completing tasks efficiently, and interacting respectfully with residents, guests, and colleagues.
