The company offers a positive workplace culture where mutual respect and care are foundational principles. Trek’s commitment to its employees extends beyond just work, with comprehensive benefits designed to promote health, well-being, and financial security.

The Mansion Hill Inn (MHI), a prestigious part of Trek’s operations, operates in the heart of Madison’s Mansion Hill district. Known for blending luxury lodging with historic charm, MHI provides a unique retreat experience for its guests. Award-winning for its hospitality, MHI is devoted to creating a warm, authentic, and collaborative team culture. The inn treats hospitality as an art form, emphasizing creative teamwork and a genuine commitment to the community, guests, and each other. Joining MHI means becoming a part of this trailblazing movement in the hospitality industry.

The housekeeping team at The Mansion Hill Inn plays a crucial role in the daily running of the inn. Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms and public spaces. This role demands self-motivation, strong communication, and efficient teamwork. Housekeepers must complete their tasks promptly to prepare rooms for new arrivals while contributing ideas to improve service quality. Their efforts directly impact the guest experience, helping the inn uphold its high standards.

Housekeepers at MHI focus on meticulous cleaning duties including making beds, vacuuming, mopping, replenishing toiletries, and doing laundry. They also maintain cleanliness in common areas by dusting, polishing surfaces, and tidying spaces. Inspecting rooms before guest check-ins and effectively communicating room status to the broader team are key responsibilities. The position offers a Monday through Friday weekday schedule with some weekend availability, fostering work-life balance.

Employees at MHI enjoy an inviting and safe workplace environment, alongside generous benefits through Trek. These perks include comprehensive health insurance options, paid sick leave, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, employee stock ownership, and substantial discounts on lodging and bicycle products.
