Job Requirements
- no prior experience or training necessary
- ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- compliance with company productivity and time management standards
- ability to remain stationary, navigate the hotel, and handle cleaning equipment
- ability to access low areas and traverse heights safely
- ability to push or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to observe guest rooms carefully to ensure safety
- may occasionally work outdoors in wet or humid conditions and be exposed to fumes, chemicals, and loud noise
- willingness to travel to assist additional locations if required

Job Duties
- clean and prepare assigned guest rooms according to company standards
- maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas while in use
- stock carts and cart areas as needed or directed by management
- report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty
- report left-behind guest belongings directly to the front desk and management
- assist guests by accommodating reasonable requests
- follow all safety and security protocols diligently
- assist in cleaning other hotel areas as assigned including associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common spaces
- help maintain overall cleanliness of the hotel
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
