Job Duties

  • clean and prepare assigned guest rooms according to company standards
  • maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas while in use
  • stock carts and cart areas as needed or directed by management
  • report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty
  • report left-behind guest belongings directly to the front desk and management
  • assist guests by accommodating reasonable requests
  • follow all safety and security protocols diligently
  • assist in cleaning other hotel areas as assigned including associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common spaces
  • help maintain overall cleanliness of the hotel
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
