Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous relevant experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work Monday through Friday between 10 am and 6 pm with weekend availability
- Willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
- Reliable and self-motivated work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Adaptability to respond to the inn’s needs
Job Duties
- Cleaning guest rooms by making beds, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, replenishing toiletries and towels, doing laundry
- Attending to the inn’s overall cleanliness by tidying common areas, polishing surfaces, and dusting
- Inspecting rooms in time for arrivals
- Communicating the status of rooms with the rest of the team
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily housekeeping goals
- Maintaining equipment and reporting maintenance needs
- Adhering to the inn’s safety and hygiene standards
