Job Description

Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM) is a distinguished, faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive senior living and services across Michigan's Lower Peninsula. Approaching its 80th anniversary in 2025, PVM stands as a premier provider in the aging services sector, recognized not only for its long-standing commitment to quality but also for its innovative approach to senior care. As a leader in independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and 'stay and play' services, PVM supports a diverse range of needs among the senior community.

PVM takes pride in its role as a pioneer in home and community-based services, aiming to transform the senior living experience while enhancing community wellness. Beyond the residential communities it manages, PVM plays an integral role in the broader senior care ecosystem through co-sponsorship of two regional Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). These programs, located in Southeast and Central Michigan respectively, provide coordinated care to over 1,000 individuals, addressing their medical, social, and physical needs holistically. In addition, PVM offers service coordination in many of its senior living locations to help residents connect with essential services and plan for their care needs.

The organization’s steadfast mission is to create new possibilities for quality living for seniors through compassionate, professional services and community engagement. PVM values team players who support its vision and help enrich the lives of the seniors they serve every day.
