Currently, The Henley Park Hotel is seeking dedicated, detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeepers to join its vibrant housekeeping department. This role is perfect for customer-focused professionals who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction. As a Part-Time Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning assigned guest rooms meticulously, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, and dusting furniture and fixtures in accordance with the hotel’s high standards. You will also be responsible for restocking essential room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, towels, and paper items to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

In addition to maintaining guest room cleanliness, you will manage and restock the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies to efficiently perform duties throughout your shift. Reporting lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper as per hotel procedure and promptly notifying the team about any maintenance issues or guest requests are also key responsibilities of this position. The ability to work collaboratively with other hotel departments and uphold a positive attitude even during busy periods is essential.

Applicants must be willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to service availability at all times. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Clean assigned rooms according to hotel standards including making beds cleaning bathrooms vacuuming and dusting
  • place and restock useable items in the rooms including paper items soap coffee and towels
  • maintain and restock housekeeping cart
  • bring all lost and found items to the executive housekeeper in accordance with hotel procedure
  • report any maintenance needs and guests’ requests or complaints
