The bartender position is critical in enhancing our guests' overall experience by offering personalized service, showcasing cordiality and professionalism at all times. This role entails greeting guests warmly, introducing them to daily specials, and engaging in friendly interactions that make their visits memorable. The bartender will be responsible for attending to all food and beverage requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring service excellence in every interaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in drink preparation, including mixing cocktails according to established recipes and serving a variety of beverages such as wine and beer. Alongside expertise in drink crafting, the position demands attentiveness to detail, such as verifying the legal drinking age of customers to maintain compliance with regulations. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is equally essential, encompassing duties like cleaning bars, tables, and work areas.
In addition to serving, the bartender will manage bar operations, including inventory control of liquor and bar supplies to guarantee seamless service delivery. The ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems proficiently is required, ensuring accurate processing of payments and returning change when applicable. This role requires multitasking abilities and prioritization skills to manage the fast-paced bar environment effectively.
Working primarily indoors, bartenders are expected to maintain excellent communication in English, both written and verbal, and be adaptable to varying schedules often including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, walk, and occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds. Adhering to personal grooming and dress code standards in alignment with brand expectations is a must.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 1 years of experience working as a bartender preferred
- alcohol awareness certification preferred
- ability to get to work on time as scheduled
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform when working (according to brand standards)
- must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks when needed
- possess basic math, reading, and writing skills
