The role of Bartender at High Hotels Ltd. is located specifically at the SpringHill Suites hotel in Ewing, New Jersey. This is a part-time position with scheduled shifts primarily from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM on Sundays and Mondays, and it requires weekend and holiday availability. The position offers a starting wage of $14.25 per hour, which varies depending on experience, plus the opportunity to earn tips. Weekend shifts include a $2 per hour premium, reflecting the company’s recognition of extra effort during high-demand periods. As a Bartender, you will be an integral part of the guest experience by accurately taking beverage orders and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a courteous and timely manner. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean bar area according to company standards, managing an accurate cash drawer, preparing and mixing beverages to guests either directly or through serving staff, and responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. You will also work to develop an efficient workflow that ensures guests at the bar and in the dining areas are consistently satisfied.
