Job Requirements

  • Experience hosting in a high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency with reservation systems, ideally OpenTable
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
  • Availability to work part-time or full-time hours as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience hosting in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional appearance
  • Ability to operate restaurant reservation systems, preferably OpenTable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage guest issues effectively
  • Positive team player with a desire to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Manage the reservation system and coordinate seating to ensure efficient flow
  • Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and complaints calmly and effectively
  • Maintain organization and hospitality at all times on the floor
  • Work collaboratively with the front of house and service team
  • Ensure a positive and lasting impression for each guest
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation during high-volume service periods
