The Sheraton New Orleans Hotel is currently seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Support Expert to join their Food and Beverage team. This non-management role offers an hourly wage of $15.00 and is scheduled for early morning shifts from 6am to 12pm with a preference for candidates who have open availability, including weekends and holidays. The position is designed for individuals who enjoy being active and engaged while contributing to a seamless food and beverage operation. Responsibilities include setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies to ensure that each guest's dining experience is smooth and enjoyable. As a Guest Service Support Expert, you will be on your feet for extended periods, navigating various surfaces, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. The job requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to handle various duties that support food and beverage operations.   • availability from 6am to 12pm
  • ability to work weekends and holidays preferred
  • customer service experience preferred
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance
  • willingness to follow company policies
