Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with residents, kitchen staff, and dining team members
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Basic organizational and time-management abilities
- Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to handle point of sale system operations calmly and accurately
Job Duties
- Work as a team to provide a friendly and enjoyable dining experience
- Greet and seat patrons
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift
- Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures
- Use professional communication skills and answer menu questions while taking food orders
- Process orders accurately through a Point of Sale system
- Support dining staff and assist residents as needed
