Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless medically or religiously exempted
- experience in janitorial or medical cleaning preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- pass post-offer medical exam, background check and drug test
- willingness to work shifts including rotational weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- medical cleaning experience a plus
- successful applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless exempted
- able to pass post-offer medical, background screening, and drug test
Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- sweeps and/or vacuums floor
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
