Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- Less than 1 year experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 year experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- 1 year retail experience as a cashier
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Job Duties
- Provide SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs
- Seek out customers to understand his/her needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise
- Listen to and respond knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions by taking them to areas of the store and walking them through projects when necessary
- Communicate information to customers regarding all stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information related to Lowe's programs
- Coach, develop, provide feedback, and train associates in the various departmental duties or sales opportunities (CSA Front End Team)
- Use a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines
- Provide proper monetary change to CSA Front End associates for register activities
