Use of various store equipment, from Zebra phones and CCTV systems to paint mixers and key cutters, is also part of the job, necessitating comfort with technology and operational tools. This position offers a pay range between $16.50 and $18.50 per hour, with variations based on role, location, education, and experience. Lowe’s also offers substantial benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, employee assistance programs, tuition assistance, parental leave, and employee discounts.
