Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual strongly preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, while maintaining quality and service
  • Ability to accurately document and maintain appropriate records, logs, and reports
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work effectively and courteously with staff, students, and the general public

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual strongly preferred)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead and support team members to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Handle guest concerns, resolve issues, and ensure positive experiences
  • Ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Complete and verify temperature logs, cleanliness checklists, and other required documentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, well organized work environment
  • Assist with training new employees as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager
