Currently, High Hotels is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to join its team at a select service Hilton property located in the Lehigh Valley area. In this role, the representative will serve as a vital point of contact for guests, delivering courteous and efficient responses to their needs while providing valuable information about the hotel and surrounding local attractions. The position involves assisting guests during their arrivals and departures, managing reservations—including modifications and cancellations—and operating the hotel switchboard. Additionally, the role includes handling departmental accounting and financial transactions related to guest services. This position offers flexible scheduling, requiring availability to work 2-3 days per week with shifts primarily from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and occasional shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.

The starting hourly rate for this role is $15.72, with potential wage increases based on experience.
