Job Requirements
- Part-time availability every other Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Able to operate telephone switchboard, copier, fax, and other office equipment
- High personal integrity
- Caring attitude towards older adults
- Ability to sit consistently and perform routine physical movements
- Passion for providing exceptional hospitality experience

- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform physical movements such as bending, stooping, and twisting
- Prior experience in a hospitality or reception role preferred
Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming visitors to Sumner Place
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Completing and updating projects using a variety of computer programs
- Anticipating people’s needs to provide an exceptional hospitable experience
- Operating telephone switchboard, copier, fax, and other office equipment
- Sitting consistently throughout the day while also bending, stooping, and twisting to complete routine job duties
- Maintaining high personal integrity and a caring attitude
