  • Part-time availability every other Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Able to operate telephone switchboard, copier, fax, and other office equipment
  • High personal integrity

  • Ability to sit consistently and perform routine physical movements
  • Passion for providing exceptional hospitality experience

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors to Sumner Place
  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Completing and updating projects using a variety of computer programs
  • Anticipating people’s needs to provide an exceptional hospitable experience
  • Operating telephone switchboard, copier, fax, and other office equipment
  • Sitting consistently throughout the day while also bending, stooping, and twisting to complete routine job duties
  • Maintaining high personal integrity and a caring attitude
