This role pertains to the Store position based in Thornton, Colorado. The focus of this position is to deliver friendly and efficient customer service by assisting customers throughout their shopping experience. Team members are expected to help customers locate products, provide solutions, and engage them with company offerings such as the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Alongside customer service, the role involves operational responsibilities such as performing truck unloading, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and managing the cash register for a swift checkout experience. The position also requires participation in omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), supporting the integration of in-store and online shopping experiences.
The position demands physical activity including regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and using ladders to access high shelves. Employees are required to work in various conditions that include climate-controlled public retail spaces, stock rooms, and occasional outdoor settings. The role may include night, weekend, and early morning shifts, reflecting the dynamic environment of retail operations. Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store regularly
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal employment requirements
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Ability to perform tasks in various environments including climate-controlled and outdoor settings

Job Duties
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- Execute cash handling to standards
- Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
- Interact with others in a respectful and positive manner, promote organizational values
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Perform other duties as assigned
