Job Duties

  • Greet and direct all visitors and callers with professionalism and warmth
  • answer phones promptly and assist residents, families, and staff with questions or needs
  • monitor emergency pendants and pull cords, ensuring quick responses when needed
  • perform security-related tasks such as perimeter door checks
  • support residents with newspaper deliveries and provide light assistance at the desk
  • keep the front desk and surrounding common areas clean and inviting
