GRBS is currently seeking motivated individuals for a customer service-oriented team member role. This position, based in the Grand Rapids area, offers consistent hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, with no weekend shifts required. The role involves a variety of administrative and customer support tasks including answering phones, handling customer service inquiries, performing data entry primarily using Excel, filing, making copies, and other related duties. Candidates with professional phone etiquette, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and a positive, reliable attitude will find this role rewarding and supportive of their personal growth.
