TheFront Desk Associate role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and security of the property. This position involves working independently and taking full ownership of front desk responsibilities without direct supervision. The associate will serve as a first point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers, greeting and assisting them while managing access control and monitoring security systems. It requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent customer service abilities, are essential for success in this role. The associate will also maintain accurate logs, records, and reports daily, ensuring that all procedures related to emergency response and property access are followed promptly and effectively.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a schedule that includes night shifts on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from 22 to 23 dollars per hour, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required. Occasional travel may be required for training and other company-related functions.

In this role, the Front Desk Associate must be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting between 30 to 50 pounds, standing or sitting for extended periods, and quickly navigating the property as needed. Job Qualifications

  • multiple language fluency is desirable
