With its cutting-edge office environments, WeWork empowers organizations and individuals to reach new heights by fostering collaboration, innovation, and a strong sense of community.\n\nFor the role of Front Desk Associate, WeWork is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for members and guests at one of its many beautiful locations. This position is central to maintaining the hospitality and smooth operation of WeWork’s workspace environment. The Front Desk Associate will work on weekdays, typically Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, supporting the Community Management team and ensuring that all visitors feel valued and supported from the moment they step through the door.\n\nThe nature of the role varies depending on whether the individual is placed at a Classic location or an Enterprise location, with some Enterprise assignments requiring additional responsibilities such as handling specific technical systems or operational protocols. Regardless of location, the Front Desk Associate is expected to embody WeWork’s core values, promote company-provided services, and contribute actively to the creation of a positive community atmosphere. Daily responsibilities include welcoming guests and members, managing front desk operations like mail and package handling, supporting building operations, and being an expert source of information about WeWork and its offerings. The associate will be integral in delivering an exceptional member experience, assisting with orientation, guest check-in, and fostering relationships with a diverse member base across industries.\n\nWeWork values individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have exceptional interpersonal skills, and are comfortable representing the brand in a friendly, professional manner. The role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and have a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are essential. WeWork offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $20, incentive compensation plans specific to the role, and access to benefits such as paid sick time, paid parental leave, and eligibility to participate in a 401(k) plan. Part-time employees are included in the company’s benefit programs, underscoring WeWork’s commitment to supporting its entire team.\n\nWorking at WeWork means joining a community-focused employer dedicated to equality and inclusivity. The company fosters a culture where employee contributions are celebrated, diverse perspectives are valued, and innovation is encouraged.
