Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to perform light physical tasks such as restocking and cleaning
- Dependable and punctual with flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Basic cash handling skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to supervise children in a safe and attentive manner
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to perform light physical tasks e.g., restocking, light cleaning
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Experience working with children is a plus (CPR/First Aid certification is a bonus but not required)
Job Duties
- Greet and check in members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with memberships, and resolving concerns promptly and courteously
- Perform light cleaning duties such as wiping down counters, organizing materials, and maintaining cleanliness of front desk and lobby areas
- Restock towels, supplies, and retail items as needed
- Handle limited cash transactions and maintain accuracy in the point-of-sale system
- As needed, provide coverage in our Kid's Club area, supervising children in a fun, engaging, and safe play environment while their parents use the facility
