Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year front desk or guest service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Fluency in local language
- Basic computer and math skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Physically capable of bending and kneeling
- Professional appearance
- Commitment to safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or qualification
- At least one year of experience in a front desk or guest service position
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in the local language
- Basic literacy and tech-savviness
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- College or university degree is a plus but not essential
Job Duties
- Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner
- Process all payments according to established procedures
- Manage guest bookings and upselling opportunities
- Provide local insights and anticipate guest needs
- Handle cash and credit transactions
- Control and release safety deposit boxes
- Record and act on guest preferences, messages, requests, questions, and concerns
- Report incidents and follow safety procedures
- Assist colleagues with additional ad-hoc duties as needed
