The Food Runner role at Solette Seattle is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This role is essential to maintaining the seamless and attentive service expected by our guests and supporting both the front-of-house and kitchen teams. The Food Runner will be responsible for delivering food promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are met, and assisting with the overall flow of service on the rooftop. This position offers an hourly pay of $22 plus tips, with opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative and professional team culture. Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred high-volume or upscale environments is an asset
- Strong sense of urgency with attention to detail and presentation
- Clear communicator with a guest-first team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings weekends and peak service hours

Job Duties
- Deliver food promptly and accurately from kitchen to guests ensuring presentation and quality standards
- Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth efficient service flow
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams regarding orders and timing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and pass areas
- Assist with table maintenance guest needs and service resets as required
- Follow all food safety hygiene and workplace safety standards
