Professionalism in appearance and communication is critical in this role as these elements significantly impact the overall guest experience. This position offers a pay rate of $17.50 per hour plus tips and service charges, with training time and paid time off compensated at $24.75 per hour. Benefits include healthcare coverage, earned paid time off or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits. Employees in this role do not require prior related work experience but having previous food and beverage experience is preferred. High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is the education requirement, with no supervisory experience or licenses necessary.

The work environment at Marriott fosters inclusivity and values the unique contributions of its associates.
