The Food Runner position at Grand Living is instrumental in supporting and enhancing the dining experiences across various dining venues within the community. This includes service areas such as the Bistro, Casual and Formal dining rooms, the Luminations memory care unit, and the Club Room, as well as catering to special events and private functions. Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor, the Food Runner plays a key role in delivering culinary services with the signature Sterling Touch®, which emphasizes friendly, courteous, and timely service to maximize satisfaction among residents and their guests. This role demands a courteous demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to upholding community standards and procedures.
