The Food Runner plays a vital role in enhancing and supporting the overall dining experience at Grand Living’s diverse dining venues, including the Bistro, Casual, Formal dining areas, Luminations® memory care, Club Room, and special event settings. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor, the Food Runner assists with delivering culinary services in a timely and courteous manner, embodying the Sterling Touch® philosophy of friendly and helpful service. This role requires a focus on guest satisfaction, contributing significantly to the positive dining ambiance for residents, their families, and guests.

As part of the dining team, the Food Runner is responsible for supporting all aspects of meal delivery and dining operations, ensuring strict adherence to community standards, procedures, and processes.
