Cura Hospitality, a division of Elior North America, is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Part-Time Float Dietary Aide to join their healthcare team in Shakopee, Minnesota. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the daily operations of dietary services within a healthcare facility, specifically St. Gertrude's Health Rehab. The position offers a part-time, onsite role with a generally consistent schedule from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm, including working every other weekend. The salary ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on the candidate's experience.

As a Floating Dietary Aide, the successful applicant will contribute significantly to the smooth and efficient functioning of the kitchen and dining services by assisting with meal service, setting and clearing tables in the dining area, and supporting cook staff with food preparation and kitchen cleaning duties. The position requires a person with excellent interpersonal skills who can manage multiple tasks effectively and thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment where the quality of service and attention to detail are paramount.
