Job Description

The hiring company is a residential property management organization that prioritizes exceptional resident and guest experiences through professional and attentive services. Specializing in managing residential properties with a commitment to quality and customer care, this company plays a crucial role in maintaining the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of residents and tenants. Valet services form an integral part of the company’s offering, enhancing convenience and security in residential parking areas and ensuring smooth traffic flow within parking garages.

As a Valet Associate within this company, you will be tasked with providing an outstanding level of service to residents, guests, and associates by managing parking with professionalism and courtesy. This role involves much more than just parking and retrieving vehicles. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, greeting them warmly and addressing their requests promptly. The position requires not only driving skills but also a high degree of interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting residents in and out of vehicles, providing information about local amenities and transportation options, and maintaining an orderly and pleasant environment in and around the parking facilities.

This is a full-time hourly position offering competitive pay between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour. The Valet Associate holds a significant role in representing the company’s brand image, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. You will work closely with concierge staff and management to ensure coordinated service delivery and address resident concerns swiftly. Other tasks include proactive assistance with packages, reporting maintenance needs, supporting concierge during peak times, and even helping out with light outdoor maintenance activities such as snow shoveling and ice melt application.

Working as a Valet Associate in this company means becoming an important part of a team dedicated to seamless residential living experiences. The role demands reliability, responsibility, and a positive and professional attitude, all while ensuring safety through proper vehicle handling techniques and adherence to company protocols. Being a proactive member of the community, you will also assist with tasks including dog walking, trash removal, and seasonal care for walk-off mats outside entrances. In sum, this is an ideal role for customer service-oriented individuals who enjoy a dynamic, interactive job within a well-regarded residential management environment that values quality service and operational excellence.
