You will work closely with concierge staff and management to ensure coordinated service delivery and address resident concerns swiftly. Other tasks include proactive assistance with packages, reporting maintenance needs, supporting concierge during peak times, and even helping out with light outdoor maintenance activities such as snow shoveling and ice melt application.
