As an Event Staff member at Hall of Fame Village, you will work alongside the Operations Team to deliver exceptional guest services during a variety of events, including concerts, sports games, enshrinement festivities, weddings, and seasonal celebrations. This is a part-time, seasonal, as-needed position offering flexible scheduling to accommodate different availability and preferences. The hourly pay rate is $13.00, reflecting the importance of these essential roles in supporting the smooth operation of the Village’s exciting programming.

Your role will encompass several key responsibilities such as ticket scanning, ushering guests, assisting at concessions and merchandise booths, managing parking areas, providing guest services, and operating elevators. You will also help with event set-up and tear-down, moving tables and chairs as needed, and taking on additional tasks as required by event needs. Ideal candidates for this position possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive and friendly demeanor, and a willingness to take initiative and jump into a variety of tasks. Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
