Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable commute or willing to relocate to Chesterfield, VA
- Availability to attend client rehearsals, coordination meetings, and event days
- Must work in-office
- Must have flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- One year of event planning experience preferred

- Minimum one year of event planning experience
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service oriented attitude
- Strong time management, scheduling, and multi-tasking skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Leadership ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Meeting with clients to determine needs and working with vendors to ensure needs of client are executed
- Attending events to ensure smooth execution of venue and guest activities
- Managing set-up, break-down, and clean up operations, assisting when necessary
- Organizing all staff, vendors, and other logistical elements on event days
- Scheduling and leading private tours
- Build relationships with clients and local vendors while providing a high-touch level of hospitality
- Perform additional duties as required
