The Lifestyle Coordinator at Greystar plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day management of residential communities, primarily focusing on enhancing resident retention through dynamic resident engagement and community programs. This part-time role requires 28-32 hours per week with mandatory availability on Saturdays. The Lifestyle Coordinator works closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to facilitate smooth move-in processes, develop and organize creative community events, and support all sales and marketing initiatives to promote a vibrant living environment.
Key responsibilities include warmly greeting prospects and residents, coordinating tours, managing package deliveries, and maintaining common area amenities to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. The Lifestyle Coordinator also spearheads innovative programs and events designed to foster community connection and engagement, tracking the success of these efforts through outcome-based assessments. In addition, this position handles effective communication by managing the Lifestyle E-mail account, crafting monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers, as well as maintaining up-to-date community information and business relationships local to the property. This role also contributes to budget management for community activities, ensuring expenditures align with financial goals. Overall, the Lifestyle Coordinator acts as a vital link between Greystar’s mission to provide exceptional resident experiences and the operational execution that supports thriving residential communities.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management, customer service, or community engagement preferred
- Ability to work 28-32 hours per week including Saturdays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Positive attitude and ability to solve problems
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls and route all calls to the appropriate team member
- Assist with service request callbacks
- Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring cleanliness and payment
- Manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and ready for resident use
- Develop and execute innovative, creative, and dynamic resident events, services, and programs
- Track outcomes and assessment metrics to determine program success
- Maintain current information on local restaurants, shops, delivery options, and relate this to resident interests
- Maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- Monitor and respond to Lifestyle E-mail Account and coordinate with Lifestyle Team for timely replies and event marketing
- Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers highlighting activities and events
- Monitor and post Resident Portal submissions
- Participate in meeting Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks
- Provide input into budget development related to activities and resident retention
- Manage expenses in alignment with budget
