The role of the Trash Collector (Porter) at Community Concierge Services involves collecting valet trash and doorstep trash from residents within assigned apartment communities. You will be responsible for physically carrying the trash and recycling to your vehicle, loading it, and transporting it to the property’s onsite compactor or trash bins. This job requires active engagement, including climbing stairs and ensuring timely and efficient collection to maintain community cleanliness and resident satisfaction. Shifts typically take between 30 to 45 minutes per day during the evening hours on Sundays from 6 PM until completion, and Monday through Thursday from 7 PM until completion.
