Job Requirements
- access to a reliable open bed pickup truck
- smartphone with an active data plan
- ability to carry up to 50lbs at a time without assistance
- availability for evening shifts Sunday through Thursday or Friday and Saturday
- ability to perform physical tasks including walking and stair climbing
- basic understanding of safety procedures related to trash collection
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in trash collection or related physical labor is a plus
- ability to operate and maintain a pickup truck
- good communication skills
- physical ability to carry up to 50lbs regularly
- evening availability for shifts
- familiarity with smartphone apps for navigation and communication
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned apartment community
- load collected trash into truck
- transport trash to onsite compactor or trash bins
- climb stairs to collect trash from various floors
- communicate effectively using a smartphone app
- maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled shifts
- follow safety protocols while handling trash
