Part Time Evening Janitorial Supervisor **Bilingual a plus**

We are currently seeking a part-time evening janitorial supervisor to manage operations at one of our buildings located in Southwest Austin. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional cleaning services and maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will actively lead and supervise a single account under the direction and guidance of the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include managing and supporting the night janitorial staff, enforcing work standards, monitoring inventory and equipment, and performing janitorial duties as necessary.

This position offers a schedule from Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM, providing an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking part-time employment in a supervisory capacity. The pay rate starts at $17.00 per hour, with an increase to $18.00 per hour after 30 consecutive days of employment. The janitorial supervisor role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication capabilities, including coaching and motivating the cleaning crew. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds during the shift. The supervisor will also be responsible for organizing priorities based on workplace needs, maintaining safety standards, and preparing comprehensive nightly reports for the Operations Manager.
