Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with a data plan to use our work app
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
- Ability to work around bagged trash and waste
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred
- Familiarity with smartphone use and data plans to operate a work app
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and take it to the on-site compactor
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area
- Stay active by walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during your shift
- Avoid long distance travel, bulk items or off-site dumping
- Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed
