Job Description

Valet Living is a leading service company dedicated to enhancing apartment community living by providing essential doorstep trash and recycling collection services. Founded with the vision to create cleaner, safer, and more comfortable living environments, Valet Living focuses on convenience and reliable service, offering solutions that directly impact residents' day-to-day lives in the apartments they call home. With a strong commitment to community well-being and environmental responsibility, Valet Living employs service professionals across numerous regions, striving to maintain the cleanliness and safety of residential complexes in an efficient and professional manner.

Valet Living is currently seeking part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists, also known as Service Valets, for evening shifts primarily on weekends. This role is ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income with steady, local work that avoids long-distance travel and off-site dumping. Working close to home, Service Valets are responsible for collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling from the doorsteps of apartment residents and ensuring those materials are properly disposed of in on-site compactors by morning.

This part-time position offers the opportunity for consistent employment with evening hours mostly starting after 7:00 or 8:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It is well-suited for those seeking flexibility to complement full-time jobs, school commitments, or family obligations. Service Valets enjoy the benefit of a straightforward routine and the use of a mobile app that facilitates job tracking, check-ins, and photo documentation, ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow.

Earning rates are competitive, with helper pay beginning at $16 per hour and truck pay at $18 per hour for those using personal vehicles suitable for the job, such as open-bed pickup trucks or vehicles with trailers. Valet Living promotes a fast hiring process, enabling candidates to start quickly and begin earning promptly through DailyPay. Beyond earning extra income, working as a Service Valet is a chance to stay active, work outdoors, and contribute directly to community cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

The role requires physical stamina, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, walking long distances, climbing stairs, and working in various weather conditions. Candidates must have reliable transportation, preferably a vehicle suited to transport collected materials, and a smartphone with a data plan to utilize the company’s mobile app. Service Valets work independently but remain connected through technology and receive safety equipment such as gloves and vests to ensure a secure working environment.

Valet Living values diversity and inclusion, fostering a workplace culture free from discrimination. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to hiring individuals from diverse backgrounds and promoting internal career development. Nearly half of Area Leader positions are filled by candidates promoted from within, highlighting Valet Living’s investment in employee growth.

In summary, this opportunity is perfect for individuals seeking flexible, part-time evening work close to home with guaranteed consistent pay, quick onboarding, and the chance to help improve the quality of life in apartment communities. Valet Living’s Service Valets play a fundamental role in maintaining curb appeal and residential cleanliness, making a tangible difference for residents while earning supplemental income in a supportive and structured environment.
