The company has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable and consistent services that significantly enhance the living experience in apartment complexes. Known for its commitment to employee development, inclusive hiring practices, and a supportive work environment, Valet Living offers opportunities for those seeking dependable part-time employment with flexible evening hours.
This role, titled Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist or Service Valet, is ideal for individuals looking to earn reliable extra income while working close to home with a consistent evening schedule. As a part-time position, it suits those who need a second job or supplemental earnings, with shifts generally scheduled from Sunday to Thursday evenings starting after 7:00 or 8:00 PM. The pay rates are competitive, offering $19 per hour for non-truck workers and $23 per hour for those who use a truck. With typically 10 to 15-plus hours per week available, this role ensures steady, predictable work without weekend commitments.
As a Service Valet, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of apartment communities by collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling directly from residents' doorsteps. Your work ensures that these materials are removed promptly before the next morning, creating a clean and inviting environment. The job involves staying active through walking, climbing stairs, and working outdoors, and there is no requirement for long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping. Utilizing a mobile app for check-ins and work tracking makes the process efficient and user-friendly.
Employees in this role appreciate the physical activity and consistency it offers. It's an excellent fit for those who prefer to stay local and work in the evenings without disturbing daytime routines. Additionally, Valet Living supports its Service Valets with safety gear like gloves and vests, a fast hiring process, and fast pay options through DailyPay, allowing team members to receive their earnings quickly. The company also encourages career growth, with many Area Leaders having been promoted from within the Service Valet ranks. Referral bonuses provide extra earning opportunities, and the inclusive, equal opportunity work culture ensures a welcoming environment for all employees.
Overall, this position is well-suited for individuals seeking a dependable part-time job that offers a regular schedule, physical engagement, and the chance to contribute positively to their local communities. If you enjoy working independently, appreciate predictable hours, and want to be part of a company committed to diversity and employee success, this opportunity at Valet Living is an ideal match.
