- Your own personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of eligibility
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps and load into your personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities within the same local area during your shift
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions during your shift
- Use a mobile app to check in, track work progress, and submit photos as required
- Deliver collected trash and recycling to the on-site compactor
- Maintain safety standards by wearing company-provided gloves and safety vests
- Work independently, following a consistent routine to ensure timely service
