Job Description

Valet Living is a recognized leader in delivering exceptional services tailored to create cleaner, safer, and more comfortable living environments for apartment communities across the United States. Specializing in doorstep trash collection and other community care services, Valet Living is committed to enhancing residents' quality of life by providing convenient and reliable maintenance solutions. The company has built its reputation on dependability, professionalism, and a community-oriented approach, making it a preferred employer for individuals seeking flexible yet steady part-time employment opportunities. Valet Living operates primarily in the property services sector with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and neighborhood enhancement.

We are currently seeking dedicated part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists, also known as Service Valets, to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work locally in your community, engaging in meaningful, active work without the need for long-distance driving or off-site dumping. As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for servicing one or more nearby apartment communities during evening shifts, ensuring that bagged trash and cardboard recycling are collected directly from residents' doorsteps and properly disposed of by the next morning. This position is perfect for those looking for supplemental income, steady hours, and a role that keeps you physically active.

The job requires candidates to have their own personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer to transport collected materials to an on-site compactor. Shift schedules typically run from Sunday to Thursday starting between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, offering 10-15 or more hours weekly. You will utilize a mobile app to check in, track progress, and document work with photos when necessary. This allows for a streamlined work process and immediate connectivity with management. Physical capabilities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, walking long distances, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions are essential to this role.

Valet Living emphasizes safety by providing gloves, safety vests, and necessary equipment, ensuring that every team member works in a secure environment. Moreover, the company offers a fast hiring process, competitive pay starting at $23 per hour for truck operators, with a $20 per hour rate for helpers, and consistent, reliable income paid quickly through DailyPay. This makes the position ideal for individuals looking for flexible evening work that fits around other commitments, including full-time jobs, schooling, or family duties. Career advancement is supported, with 50% of Area Leader hires coming from within the organization, highlighting Valet Living's commitment to employee growth and internal promotion.

By joining Valet Living as a Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist, you contribute to maintaining clean and welcoming apartment environments while earning dependable income with flexible scheduling. This role not only provides financial benefits but also the satisfaction of active, community-focused work. Whether you seek a second job or a way to supplement your earnings, Valet Living offers a supportive, local opportunity to make a positive impact where you live.
