Job Requirements
- Own personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Experience with physical labor and outdoor work preferred
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor using a personal vehicle
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during shifts within the local area
- Walk the property and climb stairs while working outdoors
- Use a mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed
- Avoid long-distance travel, bulk item handling or off-site dumping
