Job Description

Valet Living is a leading provider specializing in doorstep trash and recycling collection services for apartment communities. The company is dedicated to maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable living environments for residents by offering convenient and dependable waste management solutions. Valet Living operates primarily within residential communities, focusing on customer satisfaction and environmental stewardship, making them a trusted name in the property services sector.

The Part-Time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist role at Valet Living presents a unique opportunity for individuals seeking steady evening hours close to home. This position is ideal for those looking for a second job or supplemental income, providing consistent work without the need for weekend shifts. As a Service Valet, you will be an essential part of the team responsible for collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling directly from apartment doorsteps and transporting them to on-site compactors. This ensures that the communities remain tidy and residents wake up to a clutter-free environment.

This part-time position typically requires 10 to 15+ hours per week, with shifts primarily from Sunday to Thursday, starting after 7:00 to 8:00 PM. The role does not involve long-distance travel or off-site dumping, allowing you to keep your work routine local and manageable. A significant benefit of this job is the pay rate of $23 per hour, with fast daily pay options available through DailyPay, ensuring you can access your earnings quickly and reliably. Moreover, the company's use of a mobile app simplifies the work process by allowing you to check in, track your tasks, and document the completed work with photos.

In addition to financial benefits, this role offers physical activity, making it perfect for those who prefer an active job over a sedentary desk position. You'll be regularly walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. The company also prioritizes worker safety by providing gloves, safety vests, and other necessary equipment. Candidates must have their own open-bed pickup trucks or vehicles with trailers to perform the job, which is an essential requirement for transporting collected trash and recyclables to the onsite compactor.

Valet Living values diversity and inclusion in the workplace and offers opportunities for career growth, with many area leaders promoted internally. Referral bonuses provide additional earning potential for employees who bring new talent into the team. Overall, this role is an excellent fit for individuals seeking a flexible, local, and rewarding part-time position with clear benefits and supportive working conditions.
