Job Requirements
- Own an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of eligibility
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile work app
- Ability to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willing to work part-time evening shifts Sunday-Thursday starting after 7 or 8 PM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience driving a pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer preferred
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps
- Transport collected waste to on-site compactors using a personal open-bed pickup truck or trailer
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during shifts
- Walk the property and climb stairs while performing collections
- Use a mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos if required
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow consistent routines independently
