Job Requirements
- Own a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with a data plan to use work app
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof
- Ability to work independently and follow routines
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
- Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps using a personal pickup truck
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during shifts within the same local area
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors during shifts
- Avoid long distance travel, bulk items, or off-site dumping
- Use a mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed
- Ensure trash is removed by morning to maintain community cleanliness
- Follow safety protocols and use provided safety equipment
