Job Requirements
- Own personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with data plan
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and follow routine
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Smartphone with a data plan to use work app
- Ability to work independently and follow consistent routine
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and take it to the onsite compactor using personal pickup truck
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during shift within the local area
- Stay active by walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during shift
- Avoid long distance travel, bulk items or offsite dumping
- Use company mobile app to check in, track work and take photos when needed
