Job Requirements
- Own personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with data plan
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a routine
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience with delivery or collection roles preferred
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for work
- Physical fitness to handle walking and lifting tasks
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and take it to the on-site compactor using your personal pickup truck
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area
- Stay active by walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during your shift
- No long distance travel, bulk items or off-site dumping
- Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided gloves and safety vest
- Maintain a consistent routine and work independently
