Job Description

Valet Living is a reputable company dedicated to enhancing the living experience in apartment communities by providing exceptional doorstep trash and recycling collection services. Operating primarily within local residential apartment complexes, Valet Living focuses on offering reliable, efficient, and friendly service to help keep communities clean, safe, and inviting for residents. The company values diversity, equal opportunity, and career development, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. As an industry leader in residential waste management, Valet Living emphasizes sustainability and customer satisfaction while providing consistent and flexible employment opportunities for individuals seeking dependable part-time work close to home.

This part-time position as a Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist, also known as a Service Valet, is perfect for those looking to earn steady extra income with a consistent evening schedule. The role involves collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents' doorsteps within assigned apartment communities using an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle towing a trailer. Service Valets will work evenings typically Sunday through Thursday, starting after 7 or 8 PM, allowing them to work around other commitments like a full-time job, school, or family responsibilities. This position guarantees no long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping, making it a highly manageable and local role.

Service Valets play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and enhancing the overall appeal of communities by ensuring trash and recycling are removed each service night before morning. With a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour for truck owners and $19.00 for non-truck owners, employees can expect reliable earnings for 10-15+ hours per week. Valet Living supports fast payments through DailyPay, ensuring employees receive their wages promptly. The company's mobile app facilitates easy check-ins, work tracking, and photo documentation to streamline communication and workflow. Valet Living is committed to offering a safe working environment by providing gloves, safety vests, and necessary equipment.

This role appeals not only to those seeking supplemental income but also to individuals who appreciate staying active throughout their work shift by walking, climbing stairs, and working outdoors across various weather conditions. The company encourages career growth, with many area leaders having been promoted from the Service Valet role, providing employees with opportunities for advancement. Valet Living also offers referral bonuses as an added incentive for employees to grow the team. The company's hiring process is fast and straightforward, allowing candidates to start earning quickly. Overall, this opportunity provides a stable, flexible, and rewarding work experience within the community structure, ideal for those wanting to contribute positively while earning reliable income.
