Job Requirements
- Own a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Possess a smartphone with a data plan
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience operating an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Ability to use smartphone apps and technology for work tracking
- Good physical fitness for walking, lifting, and climbing stairs
- Ability to work independently and follow routines
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor using personal pickup truck
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during evening shifts within the local area
- Walk property, climb stairs, and work outdoors during shifts
- Use mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when required
- Follow consistent routes to ensure timely collection at all assigned communities
- Maintain communication with management and report any issues encountered during service
- Adhere to safety guidelines and utilize provided safety equipment
