Job Description
Valet Living is a leading service company dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in apartment communities across the United States. As a trusted partner to numerous residential properties, Valet Living specializes in doorstep trash and recycling collection, ensuring apartment complexes remain clean, safe, and inviting. Established with a mission to provide exceptional service and convenience, the company operates in a manner that respects both residents and the environment. With a focus on reliability, professionalism, and community care, Valet Living has built a strong reputation among property managers and residents alike. Joining Valet Living means becoming part of a dynamic team committed to making a positive impact in local neighborhoods.
The role of Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist, also known as Service Valet, is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking part-time evening employment that offers steady hours and supplemental income. This position involves servicing one or more nearby apartment communities by collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling directly from residents' doorsteps. The work is designed to be local and convenient, eliminating the need for long-distance driving or off-site dumping. Utilizing a personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer, Service Valets perform their duties efficiently while maintaining an active presence outdoors. The job requires walking the property, climbing stairs, and interacting with a mobile app to track work and check in.
The compensation structure offers a truck pay rate of $24 per hour, making this role financially rewarding for those with the necessary vehicle. Typically, the position entails working 10 to 15 or more hours per week during evenings from Sunday through Thursday, starting between 7:00 and 8:00 PM. This schedule excludes weekends, catering well to those balancing other commitments such as a full-time job, school, or family responsibilities. Valet Living emphasizes a fast hiring process, ensuring candidates can begin earning quickly. Furthermore, this role encourages physical activity, flexibility, and steady pay with the convenience of working close to home.
Those employed as Service Valets gain the advantage of a consistent routine supported by a reliable mobile app interface, making the job easy to manage. The company provides all necessary safety equipment, including gloves and safety vests, prioritizing employee well-being. Career growth opportunities exist within the organization, with half of the Area Leader roles filled through internal promotions. Additional incentives include referral bonuses for recommending qualified candidates.
Valet Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer that embraces diversity and inclusion, ensuring a respectful and equitable workplace environment for all employees regardless of race, gender, age, or other protected characteristics. This commitment underscores the company's values and dedication to fostering a positive employment experience. If you are looking for a flexible, local, and rewarding part-time evening position that offers both fast pay and the chance to make a tangible difference in your community, the role of Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist is an ideal fit. Apply today and join a team that values your contribution and supports your success.
